Running Events Refund PoliciesIf, having read the refund policy and being eligible, you wish to withdraw from a TriHard Events organised race then please email using the web enquiry form either on EntryLive or TriHard. Please quote the race you wish to withdraw from, the competitor to be withdrawn and your Sagepay reference which you should have received by email when you paid for the race. For races by other organisers they will need to process the withdrawal and refund, please see their event website, if you email through to us then we will forward your email on to the relevant organiser.
