Refund Policy - There will be a £40 refund if you withdraw before 31/12/11. There will be a £25 refund if you withdraw between 01/01/12 and 30/04/12 and No refund if you withdraw after midnight on 30/04/12. It is only by maintaining this refund policy, which is far more generous than most, that we can keep entry fees low and at the same levels as 2011. Our event is a one off annual club run Triathlon with massive overheads. We have no margin to make up budget short falls with other races in the events calendar. We get one chance to get our costings V's revenue correct and we have attempted to remain in line with the TriHard refund policy as far as we can without leaving ourselves open to event losses.
Entry policy for our race will be; Once the race fills NO RESERVES will be taken. However entries MAY be re sold IF WE GET WITHDRAWALS closer to race day but for a HIGHER ENTRY FEE.
