A short triathlon that is aimed at getting people into taking part in triathlons. This triathlon has been going for a number of years as a member only event and this is the first year where we have opened up this event to the masses. The swim is 500m, bike 10km & run 5km. The swim will take place in the pool & the bike on stationary studio cycling bikes with the run taking place outside on a local route. This event is part of the KAL Games which are taking place across various sites and include a variety of events
