Tri4u Coaching and MV Sport have teamed up to deliver high quality Open Water Swim Workshops. This is an ideal opportunity to develop open water swim skills, grow confidence and learn new techniques. The day will start at Haltwhistle outdoor heated swimming pool. Here you will be coached in a controlled environment focusing on swim technique and open water skills such as sighting, turns and drafting. Next you will progress into open water swim practical sessions at Talkin Tarn, Brampton. Throughout the day the practical sessions will be complimented with presentations covering a range of topics relevant to open water swimming. Full safety and lifeguard cover is provided for the duration of the day.

8:30am to 4:00pm

The day will be delivered by:
Barry Jameson: BTF Level 3 coach and multiple World, European and National Triathlon Champion.
Philip Jameson: BTF Level 3 & ASA Level 2 coach and World and European Triathlon athlete and top 15 Great North Swim 2010.
Neil Bowers: ASA Level 2 and BTF Level 2 Coach and GB Commonwealth Water Polo Bronze Medallist
Phil Groom: ASA Level 2 coach and experienced swimmer
